Hi,
I am unable to logon on Cisco PCA (Unity Connection). There is no AD integration. There is a SIP trunk between CUCM and Unity Connection.
Whenever i am trying to access the Cisco PCA with user credentials of Unity connection/CUCM users, am getting error "logon failed invalid username/password". I have resetted the password many times and account is not locked.
Anyone have idea how to resolve this issue.

Hi Dileep,
When you are resetting the password are you choosing
"Web Application" from the dropdown?
