Unable to play CVP media files through Voice Gateway

Hi,

We are integrating Cisco IPCC with CUBE Gateway (C2951-VSEC-CUBE/K9). The IOS version is C2951-UniversalK9-Mversion15.0(1)M5).

Follwing is the call flow model we are implementing in the development environment.

CUCM->ICM->CUCM->CVP->ICM->CVP->GW

We are testing the call flow with CVP default script (helloworld). No error has been reported by the system however the media file is not getting played back.

I tried to play the same file manually through a browser (http://<cvp IP>:7000/CVP/audio/helloworld_audio.wav) and it is working fine.

Though there are no error messages in the call flow, Label in the "Route_Call_Detail" table returns "NULL" for CVP routing client and the RouterErrorCode is 66.

I've noticed the following error message in the "router.exe" window, "from routing client CVP1_RC(ID 5001) could not find dialog id (202)).

Please can you help me to resolve this issue?

Does the ICM script make it through the SendtoVRU node successfully?  If so then on the gateway run

debug http client error

term mon

This will show you any issues that are actually happening with playing media......

Does the router call log on the AW show any error that you can paste?  Paste a screenshot of the ICM script maybe?
