When trying to import new users to the voice mail system we now get this error.

At one time we had to remove a user and then this started. Here is the license report

BTW #### is just a placemarker for the username and extension, the actual error includes the correct info.

Those look like CUCM (phone) licenses, not voicemail licenses.

Assuming you are running Unity connection as voicemail, check on that server. Unity Connection uses separate licenses to CUCM.
