Unable to received VM to private distribution list jabber device

Hi,

We have requirement that one user Voicemail should forward to 23 participant jabber device. I configured the Private Distribution list for that voicemail box but no one receiving the VM on their jabber device?

Can someone help in this, Thanks in Advance.

Do you mean that a call to one number, when a voicemail is left, the voicemail is sent to 23 different voicemail accounts? Do you mean that 23 different Jabber devices need to have the MWI light be on? Can you be more specific?

Also, is the number that the voicemail is being left for (the original dialed number) a shared line appearance on the Jabber devices?

Yes. Call to one number when VM left that voicemail should be sent to 23 Different voicemail account. and Jabber device needs to MWI light be on. The original voicemail number is not shared line on any jabber devices. 

If all you want is for the MWI to activate for the numbers on the Jabber Devices, you will want to add those numbers to the Message Waiting Indicators list on the VM Box.

Go to the VM Box of the number that is originally dialed. Navigate to Edit > Message Waiting Indicators and add the directory numbers of any numbers that should have their MWI turned on for these messages.

If, instead, you want all of the VM Boxes for the directory numbers on all of the Jabber devices to get a copy of the voicemail, that's a different thing. Let us know.

The original requirement is get the 1XX directory number voicemail copy in VM boxes of 23 different directory numbers VM box. is there any way to achieve this?

Yes. Have the number hit a Call Handler rather than a VoiceMail Box. Set the Call Handler Message Settings (where should the VM left for the Call Handler go) to deliver the message to a System Distribution List containing the 23 voicemail accounts.

If only one of the 23 users needs to respond to the voicemail you can also check the "Dispatch Delivery" option in Message Settings on the Call Handler. That will cause the message to be copied into each of the voicemail boxes, but once one member has listened to the message it is withdrawn from the other 22. This feature is optional, of course.
