Unable to register MGCP Gw with CUCM

Dear Team,

We are unable to register the MGCP Gw with CUCM, Show ccm manager output showing as "registering".

We have done multiple troubleshooting,  but no luck. I am attaching the output for debug mgcp packets, debug mgcp events. 

Please help us to understand what is there in the logs.

Can you share the config of the GW and a screenshot of the CUCM config of the gateway (Device --> Gateway).
Probably the name of the GW doesn't match the FQDN, which the GW is sending:

RSIP 607144485 S0/SU1/DS1-1/24@Axis_Bank_PRI_Gateway1.axisb.com MGCP 0.1

 

The FQDN in CUCM has to match exactly the FQDN configured on the GW.

yes. as per your suggestion we have modified the GW name, and it registered.
