Hello, everyone. I'm currently unable to login to CUCM with the account I created during the installation process. When I attempt to perform a password reset, I receive a number of errors. See example below. For some reason, when I initiate the command, there is already a character in the "new password" field. In addition, I'm also unable to change the name of the app user. Version 11.0.1.20000-2. I've rebooted to no avail.

admin:utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password

Please note that * is not a part of your password. Simply type the password that you want and then retype it again, ignore * as it will be always there but has not reference to your password

Regards

Deepak

Thanks, that's what I assumed, but wanted confirmation. In any case, I still receive the error message displayed above when entering a new password.
