unable to use click to call application - account information issue - HELP

Hi all
we run call manager version 8.2
I have just installed the click to call app version 8.1
All the services are running on the server, I can dial from the web page OK
However when i try to set up the click to call application it keeps coming up with the message "Enter your unified communications account information"
We use LDAP sync from AD for all the users, I can log in the web dialler OK so the auth must be fine.
On the application I have put in my username and password
abnd the service URL is https://name of server/webdialer/Webdialer
anyone know why this is ?

If memory serves it's just the server's IPv4 address or DNS FQDN, not the webdialer URL.
