Unified Messaging Help

So we are having an issue with our Unified Messaging. I've been slamming my head against this issue all day. I have read manuals and troubleshooting guides and got nothing for it. Here is my Hail Mary that someone here knows what this is.
So, we run our Unified Messaging through Office 365(I am admin of all of it). We have had this system for ages with no issues until this morning when we stopped getting voicemails in our email. As far as I can tell, this has effected everyone in our organization. Voicemail itself still works fine. It is just the unified messaging that sends it to our emails that has broken. I have tried every solution I could find with no changes whatsoever. Everything I can find suggests the issue is with the Office 365 account we use to link it, but nothing changed for it to suddenly break.  I have also reset and changed that account a couple times to test with no change.  Everything I can find is set correctly, it just doesn't actually work. Here is the sanitized error(sorry about the image, the text editor didn't like all the tags):

@brentmiller3677 If your Unity Connection is 12.5(1) SU2 or later, use guide below to enable OAuth2 since Basic Authentication is no longer supported.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/12x/unified_messaging/b_12xcucumgx/b_12xcucumgx_chapter_01.html

If your Unity Connection is older than12.5(1) SU2, then use the SMTP relay method until you upgrade your Unity Connection. It is very simple to configure. Refer to the link below for the configuration steps.

We are under the impression, with the same error on our CUC, that it has something to do with the latest security updates from Microsoft that killed all basic authentication.  We have followed the Cisco documentation steps to do an app registration in Azure AD, but we are still not getting our voicemails into the email at outlook.office.com.  We can see the account trying to authenticate to Azure, but it fails.

I am going to open a TAC case.
