Unified Messaging Not Working

I have a Unity 4.0(4) with a MS Exchange 2003 server, and everything has appeared to be working ok in the past, but in the last few days, it appears not to be working. When someone goes to leave an email, and then you check your voicemail, it does not list the email in it. Howeever, if you receive a call and voicemail, it will go to your inbox of your email. Am i missing something here? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi -

The subscribers need to be associated with a class of service that has text-to-speech enabled for email messages. You can check the COS for the subscribers that are having problems and see if the box was unchecked (go to the Features page). Updating a COS immediately affects all subscribers associated with it.
