I wanted to know if there is a way to prioritize, or put in email that is labelled as important either in or out of being listed in the voicemail portion of messaging; or if there is any way to change the settings of this.

Open the subsriber's page, select Conversation on the left pane. The order of playback is under New Message Play Order
