We're using Callmanager 5.1.2, Presence Server 6.0.2 and Unified Personal Communicator 1.2.2
Ever since we originally configured everything on even earlier versions, we've been able to get every feature working, except for showing someone with a status of "On the Phone" automatically when they are on the phone.
Has anyone been able to get this working? Any idea what controls it as enabled or not, or how we can troubleshoot the issue?
Thanks in advance.

About Reachability Status
Reachability status provides an indication of whether people in your company are available if you want to contact them, and vice-versa.
The system can determine reachability automatically, or people can specify their reachability status.
You can always try to contact people regardless of their reachability status.

any update? I expected 'on the phone' will be resolved after upgrade to 1.2.2 but no luck.

That feature has been in there since before CM6 was released though... do you have any documentation that says that for sure?
Thanks.

running two applicaitons in LAPTOP. CUPC1.2.2 and MOC(Microsoft Office Communicator). CM5.1.3 and CUPS6.0.2. when IP phone busy, CUPC shows 'Available'(not change the status)but MOC 'In a call'. How the MOC able to update the status? different mechanism than CUPC does?
