Uninstall Unity 7.02 ES40

Hi, just had to reinstall unity 7.02  - should es40 be re applied ?

When I uninstalled es40 from control panel it reported an error but removed from add remove programs .

Now GUSI does not show es40, control panel does not show es40 yet when I try and install es40 it reports that this cannot be reapplied as its already installed???

Hi Jeff,

Were you on the actual console, or an IP KVM, iLO, etc. rather than a virtual Remote Desktop session when you uninstalled ES40?

You may want to just install ES41 instead... it's available on Cisco.com.

thanks for the response,

Removed the following from registry done it:

HLM\software\AV\Engineering Specials\CU7_ES40

It then allowed me to reapply and GUSI and control panel report the same version now.
