Is it possible to limit subscribers voice mail box size from with Unity 3.1(4). If not is there any way to limit there size?

You can always set the send and send/receive limits for user mailboxes in Exchange on a Unity voice mail configuration - this will control the maximum sizes the mailboxes can reach.
You can check out the Message Store Manager tool as well - you'll find it's help file and training video on its home page here:

this tool lets you sweep through mailboxes and automatically delete (or warn users about impending deletes with canned messages left for them) based on rules. For instances you can delete all read voice mail that's not urgent that's more than 30 days old.
