Unity 3.1(5) to 4.1 Migration

We are currently running Unity 3.1(5). We've built a brand new Unity 4.1 server based on a brand new Active directory domain and Exchange 2000 organization. Is there a link that shows the steps on how to migrate user from the old Unity to the new one.

If they're in the same forest you can use the migrate subscriber data tool:

You can also upgrade your 3.1(5) system to 4.1 and then use DiRT to migrate the entire shootin' match over in one shot. You can find out more on the DiRT home page here:
