Currently using CM 3.3(3)SR4a with Unity 4.0(3)SR1, TSP 7.0(3b).Call flow is Inbound PSTN access through PRI on 6608 blade to CM to Unity. Internally accessing Voicemail is OK. I can directly dial all 32 ports on Unity no problem. No busy outs at all. I call via the PSTN through a DID number that is being forwarded to the Opening Greeting for Unity. I get a reorder tone. Same issue when dialing another DID and their phone is forwarded to VM. I stop and start Unity, and it works fine via DID.Try another test and I receive reorder tone. It is not consistent. I probably get a few calls in, then have to restart Unity service again. Any help would be great.

John,
When you are recieveing the reorder tones does Unity's call viewer indicate a call is presented to Unity from the outside? Are there any TSP errors in the Unity Application log?
If no, I would recommend looking to the CCM call trace files to see why there is reorder tone.

Kyle,
Call Failure or not it is always hitting Unity via the ouput I'm recieving in Port Monitor Tool. No errors what so ever in the logs. Very strange. I just opened a TAC case. If you have any other info please let me know. Thanks
