Unity 4.0 VM Forwarding

Hi is it possible to have a Unity 4.0 system, forward VM to multiple subscribers, when a message is left on a group phone?

I do not think you can forward in that matter. Your options are:

- If using Unified Messaging with Exchange, setup a mail-enabled Public Folder. Associate this alias with the group mailbox number. When the voicemail is left, it will be deposited into the public mail folder you specified.

- Possibly use a server based rule wizard for any voicemail messages, forward to x, y and z.

if the message is left in a call handler set the message recipient as a PDL
