Unity 4.02 and bulk edit and last VM port

I ran the bulk edit tool for 600+ users on sat to change their transfer to ring subscribers extension.

On Monday, the last VM port is suppose to go to the operator if busy and to the failover port/server if no answer. Instead on no answer it rang back to the operator. Would these two have any relation? and how can i further troubleshoot that port? also, i checked callmanager and the DN are correct.

No, these wouldn't be related - BulkEdit was modifying the contact (transfer) rules table in Unity's SQL database for those users and nothing else.

Sounds like you have a switch (CM?) configuration issue there since Unity doesn't even come into play if the last VM port is busy - we don't have an opportunity to even answer the call or do anything with it. Sounds like maybe the port configuration on that end of the fence got touched somewhere along the line.
