Unity 4.04 Failover

We currently have on 4.04 server with 300 users and 32 ports and plan on implementing a failover server. What do I need to order ? Is the fail over licenesed by user or ports ? Can I just order a fail over upgrade ? UNITY-FOVRSVR4-32 is this the right product number ?

Hi -

You will also need to order User Failover options, UNITYUM-FOVR-USR for each unified messaging user on the primary server OR UNITYVM-FOVR-USR for each voice messaging user on the primary server. The number you listed is the Software Server Failover option for 4-32 ports. One must be ordered for each processor you will have on the secondary server.
