Each time we connected to Unity to listen our message, we are missing the first word. The system "... elcome to Unity .." instate of "Welcome to Unity ..."
This problem occur only for the first connection to unity.

Try the following. Go to Unity Tools Depot on the Unity server > Switch Integration Tools > Edit Switch Utility. Click Incoming Calls. Increase the value of "Delay before opening". I believe this change will require a restart of Unity.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

After opening the Edit Switch Utility, click Edit to edit the configuration. You should then see an "Incoming Calls" tab at the top.

Interesting. Are you logged in with the unityinstall account or an account with proper privileges? Is this a Callmanager integration?

Hello
I tried to use the tool in UnityAdmin and UnityInstall. Same behavior ...
I look on another file on this server like Siemens or Ericsson and i can look this line on the file:
[configuration]
delayBeforeOpenning=0
...
The section, [configuration], is not présent on "Cisco0002.ini" file
=> it is Callmanager integration.
