Hi everyone,
when I run Unity 4.2 installation CD1 setup.exe program, I got an error msg like this
While trying to install the Sentinel System Driver, Windows Installer returned a failure code: 2
after this, Unity 4.2 installation exit.
any ideas?

By any chance are you installing through Windows Terminal services? The Sentinel system driver cannot be installed by using Terminal Services. If this is a remote system, you'll need to use VNC. Before you re-run the Cisco Unity Setup program, install the driver by doing the following procedure on the Cisco Unity server:
1. On the Cisco Unity server, insert Cisco Unity Disc 1 in the CD-ROM drive.
2. Browse to the Security Key Setup directory.
3. Double-click SentinelSystemDriver.msi.
4 Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation of the Sentinel system driver.
Once completed, re-run Unity setup. Cisco recommends to run the setup on the local system console instead of using the terminal service window, but I've done remote installs using VNC with no problems.

I'm getting the same error and I've tried both through terminal services and directly at the console. I found someone else on the forum is getting the same error with no resolution. Has anyone found a solution to this?
