Some users are complaining that they are not receiving voice mails on time.After one day or some hours they are receiving the messages left by their client.We are using unty 4.2 with exchang MS 2003,CUCM 6.1.Plz help.Thanks.

I would first start with a controlled test with a user who is having the issue. Enable message tracking on the Exchange server and make some test calls. Determine if its happening with internal/external calls or both. Then take a look at message tracking which will show you exactly when the message was delivered to the subscriber's Exchange mailbox. That should be able to help you narrow down where the potential delay is.

Hi -
In addition to what Brad suggested, this sounds like a UMR synch issue to me - would you check the Unity application event log and see if there are any errors like Exchange server going offline, any UMR errors?
