We have Unity 4.2 that runs on a 2003 R2 member server in are A.D. Since we did a clean install of that server and restore are unity user with DIRT we are unable to genarate subscriber or system reports.
The error message: The report could not be queued - no report will be generated.
In the windows event viewer there is a DCOM error event id 10016.
The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with
CLSID {988BD0D1-E916-11D1-AB13-00C04FB6C68D} to the user UNITY\IUSR_UNITY SID (S-1-5-21-3058056715-1576145322-3822145959-1003). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
Any idear how can we solve this problem?
Best regards
Jean
