Unity 4.o(1) UTIM: Circuit-switched greyed out

I am using a D/41JCT-LS card and the Dialogic software recognizes the card. Why is the circuit-switched option greyed out and unavialable in the UTIM when I try to set up the new integration? This is a new installation. The server is a Dell 1400SC with W2K SP4 loaded.

I have used the license file (so far) that was on the system. I believe it is a demo one (which is fine for the testing I need to do at this time). What am I specifically looking for in the license manager that turns on the circuit-switched item? SIP and CallCall MAnager are available.
