Greetings,
After upgrading from 4.0(5) to 5.0(1) last week all of the email messages are showing as from an unknown caller in the subject line of the message, even for internal users. The internal extension does dispaly in the ( ) at the end of the subject line. Any ideas?

When you listen to the messages using the Unity telephone user interface, is the caller identifed or are you informed the message is from an unidentified caller?

Nope.
Update: I did create a new mailbox and that does appear correctly.

Another update, The name appeared properly for only one message, now it is back to "Unknown Caller"
