All:
Have an issue with Blackberry Mobile Access 1.1.1 with Unity 5.0. We cannot get Unity to dial long distance blackberry phone number - local calls do work. When we look at the port status monitor, for the local call we see the dialout conv, and the mobile message being sent out. For long distance numbers, Unity says 'dialing 91....' and then returns to idle. Restriction tables have been revised. Need any suggestion to try next. Thanks.

Make sure that the calling search space assigned to the Unity voicemail ports has access to the partition assigned to your long distance route patterns.

The calling search space assigned to the Unity ports is CSS_Unrestricted. It is the same CSS that is on the phones so I don't think that is our problem. We have been able to get it to work on long distance, just not long distance cell phones.

Also, we were able to successfully test it with long distance cell phones and long distance land line but it fails if we are calling long distance Blackberry units
