We have users who when they enter wrong pin that get error message"the system is temporarily unable to complete your call,call again later,goodbye" when the error message should be invalid user id or pin" I've tried looking for some check box to play the correct recording? Do you know how i can get this correct recording to play?

Unfortunately, no, changing the phone load language will not make any difference to this Unity 5.0 telephony user interface language issue.

Please see defect CSCso77907, "Failsafe when entering invalid password for non-English TUI". The fix for Unity 5.0 is to install the most recent ES (anything higher than ES22) then install "Other (Non-Unity) Patch #99" (available from TAC).

I've got the option to change the phone load language to add English US, would this be a temp fix until i can to the upgrades/fixes?
