Hi quick question if I may please.
We have a fully unified unity 5, & CUCM 7.1 setup, mixed outlook 2000, 2002 clients with VMO 5.01.
The problem we are having - we use shared mailboxes (for messages) which are accessed by multiple users, the users have full permissions to the mailbox, the mailbox is configured as the unity subscriber.
When the outlook users try to access the shared mailbox voicemails through VMO - phone option, before VMO will play the message
they are asked to type the credentials (username, password, domain) of the domain/unity subscriber account.
The reason I think this is happening is because the outlook users are also not unity subscribers?
Is there any way around this at all?
Thankyou all
Rich

You can go into Exchange I believe and grant full permissions to the "shared" mailbox they are accessing with VMO to see if that works, but I think VMO was only designed to be associated to one account. This is why are you seeing the prompt come up to log in again when they click on the shared mailbox.
