I have a UM user that has a problem with return reciepts. When this user sends an email via Outlook (straight email message, not voicemail message) and requests a return reciept, the return reciept shows up as a voicemail message and the Unity lady reads the return reciept. To my knowledge, there is only one user experiencing this. I'm not aware of any funky rules this user has setup in Outlook. Anyone have any suggestions on how I get rid of this? I'm hoping there is a checkbox somewhere that I'm overlooking but...
Thanks, Glenn

Bradford,
Thanks for the reply and this looks like it might be my problem. Question though, I see there is an option in advanced settings tools to exclude return reciepts from voice mail stack but I do not see the registry key. Do I need both or will changing it in advanced tools be sufficient?
Thanks,
Glenn

Glenn,
They're both doing the same thing. The AST will change the key automatically for you one you change the value and save. The manual edit does the same exact thing, just... manually

Brad,
That did the trick. Thanks very much for your help.
