Unity 7.0 [windows 2003]

Hi,

Past few months i have been receiving complaints form users their voicemail playback, is slower, so is there messages etc. i have looked into the unity and under user options i have found the playback is set to 20% slower  sometimes its 50%, none of the users have confessed they made any changes, im having hard time to get fix, each time i have to find the user and fix, Does any one from these group ever encountered these problem and what was the fix.

In most instances I have seen users have changed the conversation speed in a previous conversation. However once changed the setting stays.

This defect allows for the sticky key feature to be disabled. This means if they change the speed it goes back to the default on next login.
