The Unity Server auto shutdown due the the following reason:

Description:
Environment Abnormality Auto Shutdown (EAAS) initiated due to thermal reasons, either resulting from the system overheating, or from the loss of cooling.

Which part of the server hardware should I check? Need help here. Pls advise. Thank you very much.

It's like that there is a probably with one of the fans but I can't say for sure. If the server is Cisco branded hardware and you have a contact on the hardware you can open a case with TAC and they can get HP involved. Otherwise it would be best to contact HP or whoever supports your server hardware directly.

Thank you for the prompt reply. The server is Cisco MCS 7845. I'll open the TAC case for hardware replacement.
