I have a client who has an Octel VM system and wants to upgrade to Unity with the following functionality.
-They want a customer to be able to follow a listed prompt (press 1, 2 etc, which we can achieve through a CallHandler), they then want a prompt that says "please speak your name followed by #", then a prompt that says "please speak you account number then press #). using call handler(s) how can we make sure that the 2 sets of information stored by the 2 prompts matches up, if we have 10's or 100's of messages left by a client. Is this possible with Unity or are we maybe getting into the realms of IPIVR.
Thanks in advance.

You can use Interview Handlers for this - they can be configured to ask up to 20 questions and get responses for each - the message is left as a single WAV file with beeps inserted between the responses.
