Unity Conn cannot import user error show null

Hi,

I am running 8.5.1 unity connection cluster and everything were operational well.

After we have upgraded to 8.6.2, all voice ports are still registered and existing users voicemail are functional. The only issue is I could not import user from ccm 8.6.2 . The moment after I click on the find button after selecting the phone system in import user page, there is an error show NULL.

I am able to sync users with no issue as well. Only import user shows null.

Any bugs or workaround to fix that ?

CSCts58716 - "Null" Error in Import Users page in CUC when importing users using AXL

Description

Symptom:

"NULL" when trying to import Users on CUC  from CUCM using AXL

Conditions:

This is likely to happen if the IP address of the Unity Connection Server is changed after the AXL configuration between CUC and CUCM.

Workaround:

Change the IP address of the CUC server on "Server" > "Application Server" settings in CUCM to reflect the correct IP address as that of the CUC server.
