Hi,
I would like to know the license terms difference between "Unity Inbox Users" Vs "Users with Voice Mail".
Appreciate if someone explain my questions?

Hi Phyo,
The Basic License
UNITYCN1-K9xxxUSR is the part # for "Basic" Users that can only access messages via the Telephone User Interface = TUI
The license example shown below will allow access to the Cisco Unity Inbox - which is a web based application available from the users
desktop
UNITYCN1-INBOX-USRxxx
Please see attached doc (Pages 6-10 in particular) for a good description of the differences
