Unity Connection 1.2 User Greeting customization

Hi, I'd like to change the default User Greeting that say " The Extension x is not available, record msg ..." because my customer don't want the extension is known

Is it possible ?

users will have to record a recorded name and the extension number will not be mentioned.

I know it but I need to eliminate the default message. My customer want a single message used for all voice mail greeting and it cannot be changed
