Unity Connection 10.5 Cluster both server Connnection Serviceablity Stopped

We have a connection cluster that both servers are reporting to RTMT that the Connection Serviceability Service is stopped.  Is there a way to restart this service or will the servers need to be rebooted?

That service can't be restarted via CLI, you might want to initiate a reboot.  I hadn't really ever bothered to look at that service but I tried in my 10 demo and couldn't restart it.
