On a new CUCM/CUC 10.5 deployment with CUC integrated via SIP when dialling in to CUC TTS doesn't read the user's display name. I have checked under Advanced > Conversations and the option is checked. If I add Speech Connect Ports then it does read the display name however PLM complains its not licensed.
Reading the documentation it state's it no longer a licensed feature;
Have I miss configured something or do I simply need to request Speech Connect port licenses from Cisco for this?

You could request 2 SC ports from Cisco Licensing to get this working.

Speech Connect Ports are licensed only for tracking purpose. It's free. You need to ask for it.
