We're running Unity Connection 12.5.1.13900-35 and the customer has given us several hundred "Zero-Out's" to be added to voicemail and most of the new users coming up will be getting them as well. This leads me to two questions...
First, is there a way to update Caller Input from the initial Bulk Administration Tool section in Unity Connection?
I was hoping there would be columns for "Caller Input 0 Action" where I could set Transfer to Alternate Contact Number and then put in the extension and transfer type it would be helpful, but I don't see those fields in the DOCs and even after updating a few and doing an Export, those fields don't appear in the list...
Second, is there a way up to update that field in bulk. And it's not the same extension for everyone. Out of the last approximately 80 users I added, there were 21 different extensions used as "Zero-Outs."
I looked through CiscoUnityTools and found one that looks like it would work on Call Handlers, but not on Users.
