Unity Connection 8.5 Call Handler after greeting.

Where can you change the seconds before a call is transfered in a call handler if a caller has not made a selection. It does not give the caller the option of pressing the last option before it says "Wait while I transfer your call".

One way to deal with this is by setting the;

Times to Re-prompt Caller
Delay Between Re-prompts*

On the greeting page itself. Would this work? You can also record a few seconds of silence

at the end of the greeting.
