Hi Friends,
I found some problem about Unity Connection cannot sync end users from Call manager. I make sure AXL Server configuration on Phone System is correct and test connection to CUCM AXL Server is successful but when I try to sync users it didn't show anything.
CUCM 8.5
Unity Con 8.5
CUCM not used LDAP
Anyone have experience about this problem? please kindly share with me.

Hi I can fixed it! I forgot to assign primary extension for each users.

Yep, remember that you need to associate the user with the phone and select the primary line otherwise the users does not show up in Unity.
