Has anyone out there actually got Unified Messaging to work with UC9 and O365 in the cloud? I've only even seen the hybrid solution deployed successfully once. If you did get it to work can you supply any hints or tips? I'm able to get UC9 to connect to a CAs server but then it cannot find users. MS doesn't want to help so I'm pretty stuck.
Sure, I have done it at few customers, it's fully supported for up to 5,000 users and well described in the UM guide. Did you follow the guide and assigned proper rights to the integration user?
