Hi Guys

Got a design Q fo you all.

Single CUCM with Single Unity Connection 9

Users currently using Single Inbox integrated with Exchange 2010/2013 Locally

Can a second messaging service be configured for Office 365 allowing a hybrid of users as they migrate from the Exchange to the Office 365 allowing the administrator to simply reconfigure the user upon mailbox move as required?

Yes, just make sure the account used for the UM service with Office 365 is created in Office 365 vs. locally with sync via ADFS.  The latter doesn't work .
