Has anyone else running UC 9.x run into CSCue31224? From the bug description it looks like so far there is no finialized solution. As a company our Outlook mailboxes are not capped and a lot of our users have massive mailboxes

I figured as much. I recently applied ES43 to my UCONN 9.1.2 cluster and I am still experiencing the issue with some larger mailboxes. The work around still works fine with modifying the EWS limits on the exchange side of things.

we were given the file UCSInstall_UCOS_9.1.2.12042-1.sgn.iso as a possible fix by tac. I have not installed it yet. Probably this weekend.

Hey, just seeing if you had any luck with that possible fix. We are running into the same issue, as we have mailboxes that grow exponentially.

So, the only fix right now is to create a throttling policy with unlimited EWS connections and then add the affected users to that policy within exchange. Other than that, there have been no new updates. Thanks
