Running Unity connection 10.0 and we are having issues with logging into a mailbox with just a pin from a mobile phone. We call the external back door number and it asks for the user ID. The documentation states that if you have a correctly formatted alternate extension the sytem should recognize it and just ask for your pin.

You need to make the alternative extension the exact number so the number that would appear as the caller ID when ringing a normal desk phone including any outside prefix numbers. You still call the 'back door' number but if there is alternative extension identified you should just get asked for your pin.
Alternatively you could configure single number reach linking it to the mobile.

It was verified in port monitor the exact number is configured and still asks for user ID.
