We have a issue with unity connection.
One user's voicemail account is getting locked in 3-4 Days, we have verified authentication rules and everything is in default value.
Last time I have reset the password after that someone is tried to access the account but that is not the user.
How we can investigate on this, I can't find out anything in audit logs.
audit logs are only showing the password changes that are done from Administrative end.
