Hi,
We have a customer thats running Unity Connection 8.5.1 HA. The AXL web service is down on both servers and I'm trying to find out if this is normal or an issue. I see alot of information on the AXL service in Call Manager but I'm not quite sure what it's used for in Unity Connection.
Any good explination on what the AXL web service is used for would be helpfull and if I need it to run Unity Connection. The customer is not having any issues with voicemail as far as I can tell.
Thanks,
Mike
