Hello
we have unity connection 8.0.3.20000-2 integrated with UCM 8.5.1 via SIP Trunk
the caller input options to transfer to other user's extension isn't working properly
when i select an option to be transfered to a user's extension i get the greeting , the phone never rings
i check the transfer rules and the transfer options and changed it to transfer instead of greeting
i also confirmed that the re-routing CSS on the sip trunk can reach the ext partition
is there a setting that we need to disable/enable ?
