Hi,
I have Cisco Unity Connection 8.5. When an external caller leave me a voice mail, i hear the unity connection play "external caller" instead of the caller id. Though i have the "Sender's ANI" checked box checked at the "Playback Message Settings".
Any idea?

did you resolve your problem? I am having the same issue but I have not found any information how to fix it.

Hi,
It appeared to be a bug on version 8.5, can't remember the bug ID. The workaround was to restart the Unity Connection server.
It worked for me.
