Hi
we have Unity Connection 8.6 cluster across 2 datacentres.
On the pub we cannot see the sub - under cluster management , shows as not available.
On the sub however we can see the pub and the sub.
We did do an IP address change on these boxes and have also had firewall issues - is this likeley to be a a firewall issue or an IP address change issue ?
Host file shows correct IP addresses at each end.(show tech network hosts)
any advise appreciated.

Hi Jeff,
Can you post the output of the following
Show cuc cluster status
Such an issue can come up after IP address changes as well. If the cluster was rebooted after IP address change then you may try reverting the IP address changes if possible to verify the same.

Hey Manish,
thanks for response - much appreciated.
'show cuc cluster status ' showed us the correct output but showed 'cannot connect to sub'.
the following command hit the nail on the head:
run cuc dbquery unitydirdb select * from tbl_vmsserver
it showed the old ip address instead of the new ones - looks like network connectivity between VLANS was an issue when IP was changed.
not sure if theres an sql command to fix this without root level access - or if we need TAC for root level access ?

Hi Jeff,
That's a good catch, i would suggest opening a TAC case to get this fixed.
