I am trying to rember the deubug and the RMTM location for the traces that show the user logging into unity and listen to voicemail and then deleteing it. MWI turning on and off, it also showed the ANI of the caller as well.
I found it before and now i can not. I found it before it was all in one trace file
User is denying that they got a voicemail but I want to show then that yes they did and you deleted it (with logs)

Provided the following traces were set before the issue happened:
Macro:
Message Tracking Traces
Call Flow Diagnostics
Conversation Traces
Traces for MWI problems
You would collect from RTMT:
Connection Conversation Manager
Connection Message Transfer Agent
Connection Notifier
