At the moment, when our office is closed, external callers get our closed greeting and have the option to press 1 to enter the default System Directory Handler. From there they can speak the name of the user they want to reach. Works great. However, what if I wanted the directory handler to acutally ring the users extension FIRST instead of just going directly to the users voice mail greeting? Is that possible to configure? I sure don't see any options for doing that in the directory handler itself..

You set the transfer option for the user within their Subscriber configuration so you can set to transfer directly to greeting, ring the subscriber extension, etc. for each user individually (or in bulk).
